Based in Toronto, Shawna leads community impact initiatives across 17 countries for Dayforce HCM, a leader in human resources software and services. Additionally, she serves as the Executive Director of Dayforce Cares, overseeing charitable efforts in Canada and the U.S.
Shawna is dedicated to driving positive social change in all her endeavors. Her extensive experience includes corporate grantmaking, employee giving, volunteering, and fundraising. She has held significant roles in corporate social responsibility with two of Canada’s largest banks and has collaborated closely with various nonprofits. Her academic background in Corporate Citizenship from Boston College further enhances her expertise.
Shawna holds a degree in Psychology and a diploma in Illustration. A committed advocate, Shawna has served as a Director and Advisor on nonprofit Boards. In her free time, she enjoys art, music, travel, and is a passionate dog lover.
